Research on the monitoring and management of the whole process of Da Vinci robot surgical instrument cleaning
Objective,2,To study the monitoring and management effect of the whole process of Da Vinci robot surgical instrument cleaning.,Methods,2,A total of 1120 surgical instruments of Da Vinci robot used in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of random sampling and non repetition, the experimental group (,n,=570) and the control group (,n,=550) were divided into two groups. The experimental group used the method of manual and mechanical combination of full flow monitoring management, and the control group used the conventional manual cleaning method, The quality control of eyepiece test and biological indicator test were used to evaluate and analyze the qualification and bacteria test of the two cleaning and disinfection methods.,Results,2,In the quality control results of eyepiece method and biological indicator method, the qualified rate of operation equipment, other auxiliary equipment and the total qualified rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the bacterial detection rate of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (,P,<,0.05).,Conclusion,2,In the cleaning and disinfection work of Da Vinci robot, strengthening the quality control and the whole process monitoring and management effect is particularly significant, which can improve the cleaning and disinfection quality, reduce the carrying of bacteria on the instrument, so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of the surgical instrument, which has clinical application value.
