摘要

Abstract

Objective

This article explores and summarizes the operational optimization solutions of pneumatic logistics systems in hospital development.

Methods

Based on big data of pneumatic logistics

root cause analysis is used to identify the pain points

difficulties

and bottlenecks in the operation of pneumatic logistics in hospitals. These issues are then addressed through a combination of technology and management.

Results

The efficiency of pneumatic logistics in hospitals has significantly improved

and the satisfaction of the wards has greatly increased.

Conclusion

Large hospitals shall continuously use the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) quality management tool to optimize and improve the operation of pneumatic logistics and other equipment
