摘要

Abstract

Objective

This paper discusses the application effect of the whole process intelligent information management system in the management of external instruments in the CSSD.

Methods

Our hospital's disinfection supply center adopted a full process intelligent information quality traceability system from December 2021 to May 2022. We compared with the manual and information management mode adopted from December 2020 to May 2021and analyzed the management quality of external medical devices before and after the implementation of full process intelligent information management.

Results

The on-time delivery rate

the qualified rate of cleaning quality and the return rate of the external instrument after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation

and the differences were all statistically significant. (

the rate of missing instruments and the rate of postoperative infection were significantly lower than thos

Conclusion

The application of whole-process intelligent information management can effectively improve the management quality of external instruments
