Abstract

Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) has been widely applied with the introduction of related quality control specifications and requirements. However

a perfect and thorough interpretation of the specifications and the research on the operational methods of the quality control program are still in process

which restricts the application and promotion of the CRRT quality control technology and hinders the implementation of the optimization scheme for clinical safety management. This paper analyzes and interprets the Specifications for safety management and quality control of continuous renal replacement therapy equipment in clinical practice (DB 32/T 4226-2022) applicable in Jiangsu Province. This paper facilitates relevant practitioners to learn and master CRRT quality control methods. An optimized QC scheme can help to efficiently manage the clinical application of CRRT and enhance the safety and standardization of the treatment.
