摘要

Abstract

The risk of infection associated with duodenoscopy is gradually attracting social attention. At present

the quality of cleaning and disinfection or sterilization cannot be guaranteed even if the reprocessing is carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions. It is necessary for the manufacturer and the user to work together to improve the structural design and the reprocessing specifications

and take measures to minimize the risk. The purpose of this review is to clarify the current situation of duodenoscopy contamination at home and abroad

find the causes of the problem

and put forward the current feasible scheme in the world

in order to improve the qualified rate of duodenoscopy reprocessing and reduce the risk of patient infection.
