If it is necessary to change, an agreement document from the affiliation of the corresponding author and all the authors should be submitted.
2.4 The corresponding author, referring to the person in charge of the research project, is primarily responsible for the innovation and originality of the selected topic, the rationality of the experimental design and methods, the credibility and preciseness of the conclusions, and is mainly responsible for contacting the journal in the process of submission, peer review and publication.
2.5 The corresponding author should be determined by all the authors before submission. According to the international common practice, the first author of the article is considered the corresponding author when no corresponding author is assigned.

2.12 The information regarding the authors’ affiliations in the English abstract should be consistent with that in the Chinese abstract. The name of the country should be added after the postal code.
3 Abstract
3.1 To facilitate quick access to the information for readers, the Chinese and the English abstracts should be both provided for original studies.
3.2 The abstract is a brief overview of the main content of the article. It should focus on reflecting the innovative content in the research and the author's original views without comments and explanations; The details can be determined according to the actual needs of the type and content of the article.
4 Keyword
4.1 Keywords refer to the characteristic words or phrases that can best reflect the key information in the article. Keywords include subject terms and free terms.
4.2 The keywords should be in the full name, and the abbreviations not recognized by the public should not be used
4.3 Select no less than three keywords for each article, and separate multiple keywords with a semicolon “;”. For example, “ chlorhexidine; ethanol; virus”.
4.4 Articles with English abstracts should be marked with English keywords corresponding to Chinese keywords. English keywords are listed following the term "KEY WORDS". Each keyword is separated by a semicolon ";".
5 Main text
5.1 Research article
It is generally divided into the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
5.1.1 Introduction
It mainly outlines the background, purpose, research ideas, theoretical basis, research methods, expected results and significance of the study. Relevant references should be marked when quoting others’ research results. Generally, no more than 300 Chinese characters are appropriate.
5.1.2 Materials and Methods
(1) The common names should be used for drugs and chemical reagents. The source, batch number, specification, dose and unit should be provided. The name, model and manufacturer of instruments and equipment should be indicated.
(2) The innovative and the improvement of the method should be detailed in the experimental method section so that other researchers can replicate the study. When using others' methods, the source of the methods should be cited. The intervention methods adopted by each group should be clearly explained.
(3)The observational indicators should be listed separately, and the special detection indicators and methods should be described in detail.
(4) For the statistical method, the name and version number of the statistical software used should be stated. In the statistical description, if the data follow the normal distribution, the mean ± standard deviation is used; if the data do not follow the normal distribution, the median ± interquartile interval is used. In parameter estimation, if the data follow the normal distribution, the mean and standard error are used; if the data do not follow the normal distribution, the percentile is used, and the highest/lowest value is given according to the actual clinical situation. For a hypothesis test, the statistical analysis method used should be clearly stated (such as t-test of group design data, analysis of variance of two-factor factorial design data, etc.), and the significant level should be clearly defined.
5.1.3 Results
The narration should be realistic and concise. The results should correspond to the observational indicators. When reflecting the results with data, it should not only describe the relative number (such as percentage), but also give the absolute number of the data; The specific value of statistics (such as t=3.450) and the specific P value (such as P=0.023) should be given. Give a brief introduction of the table or diagram before it. Please avoid overlapping the contents of the diagram, table and text.
5.1.4 Discussion
The focus of this section is the innovation of the research results and the conclusions derived from them, including theoretical value, practical application value, limitations, and implications for further research. It can also put forward suggestions, ideas, or suggestions for improvement through discussion. The results of this study should be compared with other relevant studies, and the similarities and differences between this study and other relevant research results should be pointed out. The conclusion should be discussed in connection with the objective. Data or information detailed in the introduction and results should not be restated.
5.2 Experience summary articles
It is advisable to briefly introduce the author's practice, that is, the background of the experience gained. If the article is about the experience from a famous person of sterile supply, the resume of this person, as well as the academic inheritance relationship and academic origin between the author and the person should be described. The introduction of typical cases should highlight the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
5.3 Theoretical discussion paper and literature review
They should be written in accordance with GB 7713-1987 Format for Preparation of Scientific and Technological Reports, Dissertations and Academic Papers, GB/T 7713.1-2006 Rules for Preparation of Dissertations and GB/T 7713.3-2014 Rules for Preparation of Scientific and Technological Reports.
6 References
6.1 References should be provided for the research articles.
6.2 References cited by the authors should be those that have been read by authors and published in official publications. Avoid citing abstracts and newsletters.
6.3 In-text citation
(1) The reference should be numbered by the order of their sequence in the main text, using the Arabic number, in a square bracket after the relevant sentence. When the number is a part of the sentence, it is not necessary to mark it as a superscript (e.g. example 1). When the name of the author of the original literature is provided in the sentence, the number should be marked in the upper right corner of the author’s name (e.g. example 2). If the main text does not indicate the author of the original literature, the number should be marked at the end of the sentence (e.g. example 3).
Example 1: Rheumatoid arthritis model was prepared by reference to [2].
Example 2: Wu Zhongping [1] developed the "ancient and modern medical record query statistical analysis system".
Example 3: It has always occupied a certain position among antiseptics [6-8].
(2) For the figure, the citation number is marked in the caption or title of the figure according to the order in which they appear in the full text. There is no citation mark in the figure.
(3) For the table, the citation number is marked in the table notes or on the table title according to the order in which they appear in the full text. The source of the literature can also be explained in a single column in the table. This column should list the name of the first author of the literature, and mark the citation number in the upper right corner of the name.
6.4 References
(1) The format of the reference should comply with GB/T 7714-2015 Rules for the Description of Information and Document References.
(2) All references should be listed in order according to the serial number marked in the main text. All numbers are [Arabic numerals], which are consistent with the format of serial numbers in the main text. When there is only one reference, the serial number is "[1]".
(3) Each reference should be complete.
